Job Description:
Architect and design functional solutions and processes by understanding broader business drivers and future scalability. Develop business solutions applying wider knowledge across the entire Sales lifecycle, leveraging best practices and business metrics. Liaison very closely with Sales, marketing, Channel/Partner operations teams to understand business requirements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or foreign equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in CRM/PRM capabilities and functional areas; business processes and CRM best practice; working with global teams for enterprise scale business environments; SDLC processes and tools, Iterative Design & Prototyping (Agile); subscription based selling motions through direct and indirect channels; Salesforce and Salesforce based solutioning; and reviewing technical specifications, design documents. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
