Senior Digital Product Manager

Vancouver, WA, United States

Our Story: It’s no surprise that our story is a little unconventional. After all, Papa Murphy’s brought an entirely new approach to the pizza industry. But our unique idea is a simple one. We focus on using quality ingredients, prepared fresh daily, to offer our guests everyday meal solutions to take ‘n’ bake at home with ease. That commitment to quality and creativity extends beyond just our delicious and craveable products. At Papa Murphy’s it is our mission to create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusion. Because we know that what makes us great isn’t just what we make, it’s what we make together.

Position Overview: As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be the critical link connecting the customer, business, and technological spheres, spearheading new website and mobile app projects that enhance Papa Murphy’s Online Ordering business. Market and Customer Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze user journeys to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancements.

A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement and manage A/B testing protocols and other experimentation methods to optimize product features and user experiences. Use results to drive product decisions and iterate based on quantitative feedback.

Performance Analysis: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer experience journeys. Regularly assess performance data to gauge success and pinpoint areas needing improvement. Employ data-driven insights to refine strategies and make well-informed decisions.

Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders critical to operational initiatives. Serve as the principal liaison for stakeholders, handling queries and ensuring alignment with the product’s objectives.
