Job Description **Hybrid in McLean, VA.**
Our financial services client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.
We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $40.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
Oversee project management of deliverables
Develop detailed documentation for team reference
Lead creative including the development and execution for multiple marketing initiatives in both digital and print
Coordinate with channel partners in the execution of marketing campaigns
Leverage customer insights, campaign performance results, and partner needs when developing marketing initiative recommendations
Support leadership with milestone campaign results reporting for weekly and monthly updates
Take a holistic and customer-centric view on end-to-end customer experience
Champion the brand, ensuring that all marketing aligns to respective brand personas, voice and style guides
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, operations, legal, partner and business
Will engage with external partners throughout the marketing development and execution process
Identify and plan for potential obstacles using creative problem solving when needed
Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience
At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks
Demonstrate a solid understanding of take aways from conversations and actions needed
Thrive on collaboration, the opportunity to build in white space and the drive for results
Highly effective communicator who can influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking
Skilled relationship-builder who can create strong, high-leverage internal networks
