This role involves leading and managing the clinical development team, providing strategic guidance, and overseeing clinical trial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oncology drug development and clinical research.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the clinical development team, ensuring collaboration with other departments.- Participate in or lead the Joint Development Committee on the co-development of specific clinical programs.- Lead clinical efforts to establish safety, dosage justification for early programs, and secure regulatory approvals.- Review and oversee clinical trial data, external clinical data collection, and clinical competitive intelligence.- Provide strategic perspective and guidance to the preclinical team on new targets and programs.Requirements- Must be a highly driven, dynamic, engaged and accomplished physician-scientist.- Must have a medical degree (MD or MD/PhD) with experience in Oncology drug development;
