Seeking a Vice President of Hospitality with best-in-class experience to join our air carrier team. Candidates must be dynamic and experienced with a solid background in luxury hospitality driven business known for uncompromising service. As the VP of Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hospitality operations crews, ensuring the highest standards of service are met and maintained throughout our North American locations.

Vice President Of Hospitality Responsibilities
Promote a culture of performance through visible, hands-on leadership, open communication, and follow-through
Develop and implement hospitality strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive customer satisfaction
Assess and improve operational performance and KPIs
Collaborate with HR, select key crewmembers, and drive quality improvement
Ensure lean operational efficiency at each location
Work with the executive team to advise, develop, and manage budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and operational policies
Maintain consistent communication with the leadership team
Vice President Of Hospitality Qualifications
5+ years of Executive level management experience in luxury service industry
Proven ability to facilitate organizational change
Strong leadership skills mentoring, motivating and inspiring multiple teams
Proven track record of success scaling and managing luxury hospitality operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
