Job Description: Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing timely and accurate financial reports and revenue forecasts for a global professional services and technology organization. This individual is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and deployment of financial reports and revenue forecasts, as well as streamlining current forecasting and financial reporting processes. The successful candidate will be solution oriented, while delivering timely and high-quality results and able to pursue multiple concurrent initiatives. Job Responsibilities Complete monthly reporting package from gathering various financial reports from numerous reporting systems to creation of timely and accurate revenue forecasts
Deliver timely monthly forecasts for presentation to executive management and senior sales management
Engage with stakeholders for continuous improvements to forecast process, evaluate and recommend improvement actions
Assure timely financial reporting for senior executive management
Ad-hoc reports and projects on an as needed basis
Requirements BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, MBA preferred
+5 years of financial reporting, modeling & forecasting experience in FP&A industry preferred
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining to build custom financial reports for multiple lines of business
Excellent attention to detail
Work well in a cross-functional matrix environment, both independently and as part of a team
Advanced Excel skills required
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Ability to thrive in a fast paced business environment
Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York or Washington: The Compensation range for this role is 60,440.40 - 120,880.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
