As a key member of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Digital Transformation organization, the Xcelerator-XVE Product Manager will be a servant leader responsible for managing the development of new products and capabilities. They will work closely with cross functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure that each new product and capability meets customer needs and is delivered in a timely fashion. The Xcelerator-XVE Product Manager will work closely with the Saber Solution Train, to align the work in the Xcelerator digital thread ecosystem. This highly visible role will require strengths in communication, leadership, problem-solving, research, and time management to guide and align the many teams within the XVE Agile Release Train (ART), toward aligned outcomes.

Working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, the Solution Train Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

Understand customer needs - You will be the internal voice of the Functional/Program Customers within the ART

Reviewing customer feedback and data to determine potential improvements to products or processes

Communicating with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure they have the information they need to make decisions

Working with development teams to gather requirements for new features and products

Working with the Solution Train to define "complete" and acceptable"

Providing input on the program/Solution vision and roadmap

Within the context of the Solution train priorities, you will Manage and prioritize the flow of work in the program backlog, ensuring enough features are ready in the backlog at all times.

Be an active participant and leader within PI Planning and Pre-PI Planning Events

Work with System Architect/Engineering to understand technical scope of work required to allow for appropriate sequencing of work

Participate in and lead as required, demos and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) events.

This position can be located in either Fort Worth, Texas or Marietta, Georgia

Basic Qualifications:

Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment

Proven experience working across functions and Programs to deliver results

Desired Skills:

Certified in SAFe a plus

Experience as a Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Manager, or Product Owner/Product Manager desired

Experience leading complex IT Systems Integration efforts

Business Process Reengineering experience desired

Experience managing across organizational boundaries

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems, Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

Experience working with Siemens Xcelerator platform a plus

Strong Business Analysis Skillset

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to executives as well as to teams and individual contributors
