CNC Mills Machinist Key Responsibilities: Setup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centers
Setup and Operation of horizontal lathes
MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using
Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
Observe all company quality and safety procedures
Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
Participates in Lean manufacturing events
CNC Mills Machinist Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Must have 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
Setup CNC Machines experience required
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
Great communication skills
Overtime availability
CNC Mills Machinist Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM (Flexible schedule)
