Client Services Administrator

Philadelphia, PA, United States

We have a great opportunity for a Client Service Administrator to join our tightknit team! This individual will be responsible for client servicing support for an independent investment advisor team located in Philadelphia, PA. Our ideal candidate has some back-office experience supporting financial advisors in a financial planning and/or brokerage environment. Applicant must be self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare account opening paperwork and ongoing maintenance documents for clients as necessary (i.e. account applications and transfer of assets paperwork)

Provide general administrative support to in the areas of investment advisory and financial planning

Assist in meeting preparation materials for advisors

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree Required

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

High levels of motivation and interested in taking initiative for own personal growth and development

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is important
