Pay Range: $19.00/hr to $24.00/hr depending on experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
3 + years of experience in reception, customer service, dispatching, and/or equivalent
Advanced customer service skills
Professional phone skills
Energetic personality
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask
Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
Must be able to work independently
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
Update customer profiles as information is received
Type service contract proposals for new customers
Maintenance of the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, and renewals
Order parts for special orders
Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians
