**What Youll Do**

The Automation Products Group is looking for a Manager, Technical Project/Program Manager to spearhead the scaling and optimization of business processes for a an established software business with double digit growth . In this role, you will be instrumental in leading and executing high-impact, complex problems.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage the evolution of business systems to align with the changing business model and emerging needs.

+ Develop product group business process standards to enhance overall operational efficiency, including the adaptation of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

+ Operations Chief of Staff: Monitor and drive the achievement of product group and operational objectives in line with annual operating plan scorecard.

+ Qualify new business systems from selection, through configuration, testing and optimization.

+ Change Management: Shepherd training and adoption of new business systems and associated processes.

+ Transform product structure and control to an attribute-based hierarchy for over 30 products to enable automation of product, configuration, quoting, pricing, discount approvals, and asset management.

+ Data Analytics: Drive a vision for organizing data to enhance decision-making across all business lines.

+ Optimize reporting dashboards in partnership with Product Management Org for better transparency of business operations.

+ Partner with Operations team to implement corporate value capture standards within our software automation products group.

+ Consult on tool-based Advance Process Control sales for global fabs in partnership with service and equipment teams.

+ Support new business models that integrate software products with other groups, such as the AGS service team, the Digital Tools team, and Semiconductor Product Groups.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

+ 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and delivering complex projects.

+ Bachelors degree in engineering, or equivalent practical experience; MBA is a plus.

+ Semiconductor industry experience is preferred, with a deep understanding of semiconductor products and processes.

+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives, influence stakeholders, and manage change effectively.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global organization.

**U.S. Salary Range:**

$148,000.00 - $203,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
