HR Business Partner Responsibilities
Partner with operational leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies aligned with these objectives
Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and employee development
Implement and oversee effective HR policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive work environment and compliance with regulations
Lead and support employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization
Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs tailored to employee and organizational needs
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR
HR Business Partner Requirements
Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner/Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry (preferably restaurants or hotels)
Strong understanding of multi-state and federal employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
Demonstrated ability to drive change and lead HR projects
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed, is required
Flexible location within our major operational regions (preferred proximity to one of our key properties)
