About the Role As an Account Executive, SMB you’ll own the entire sales cycle from lead to close. Our SMB team is responsible for net new logo adoption of Routable across our verticals focusing on small and medium sized companies. You will take full ownership over a territory, develop sales plans and strategies to show how Routable can solve B2B payment challenges.
Responsibilities Manage prospects from lead to close in our SMB segment
Our customers have a huge pain in their workflow and you’ll build close relationships and approach each conversation in a consultative way to ensure they’re successful.
Build a sales pipeline through high volume outbound prospecting via email, cold calling and social selling
Conduct discovery calls and product demos
Keep Salesforce up to date with customer details and pipeline data.
Qualify, manage and forecast an accurate sales funnel and pipeline to sales leadership.
Our product feedback loop is very important. You’ll need to consistently deliver product feedback and insights to product owners and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications Closing experience in a high volume sales role
SMB experience; full sales-cycle management skills from prospect to close.
Salesforce.com CRM experience
Proven track record closing business and exceeding sales targets
Startup experience preferred
Self-starter and comfortable in a fast past startup environment
Willingness to be coached and open to learning
Location You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
