About the Role
The Company is seeking a Design Studio Director to lead and manage all design assets, from graphic design to experiential builds, in support of its mission to provide health-conscious, accessible products. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing creative design projects across various platforms, acting as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, and spearheading the optimization of processes to empower cross-functional teams. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in the consumer packaged goods or design studio environment, at least 7 years of experience, and a thorough understanding of both physical and digital production methods. The Director will also be tasked with managing the creative studio budget, mentoring creative teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Applicants for the Design Studio Director position at the company must embody a start-up mentality, being comfortable with failure, learning, and adaptation. The ideal candidate will be curious, optimistic, and able to find solutions in challenging situations. They should have a strong leadership background, including staff management and team development, and be proficient in project management tools. Familiarity with CPG industry design regulations, particularly in packaging and ADA compliance, is essential.
