As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of our residential facility. You will lead a team of dedicated mental health professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based treatment to our residents.

Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Current and valid licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other relevant clinical license in Indiana
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a behavioral health setting.
Strong knowledge of Indiana's regulations and licensing requirements for residential mental health facilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and external partners.
Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health records systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including psychologists, therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans that comply with New Mexico's regulations and licensing standards.
Monitor and evaluate the clinical services to ensure they are aligned with best practices and evidence-based approaches.
Stay current with the latest research, developments, and best practices in mental health treatment to enhance the quality of care provided.
Collaborate with the medical team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches for residents.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, including New Mexico's regulations related to mental health facilities.
Oversee the facility's clinical documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.
Participate in regular meetings with the management team to provide updates on clinical operations, progress, and challenges.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages professional growth and development among team members.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive resident information.
Location: Indianapolis, IN (onsite)
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
