Position Overview

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth.
Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
Business Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Create comprehensive business plans including target markets, sales strategies, and financial projections.
Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and objectives.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
Log client updates and opportunities in the CRM.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales target

Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in an aggressive sales environment.
5+ years of experience in the NDT industry.
A proven track record of customer relationships and contract awards in the energy markets.
