The Top Shelf:
The Ticket Operations Coordinator will assist the Director of Ticket Operations with daily tasks related to the support of the Ticket Sales and Service team.The position will be responsible for fulfilling paid and complimentary ticket requests, event and offer creation, and day-to-day support of ticket sales and service representatives.The role will support United Center box office personnel with game day activities including assisting customers and providing problem resolution.
How You'll Contribute:
Assist in the processing and online distribution of paid and complimentary ticket requests for the entire organization, including but not limited to suite tickets, individual game requests, group tickets, full/partial season tickets, and individual game requests.
Process payments for dedicated events and plans for Blackhawks games and additional events as needed.
Create various events and promotional offers within the Ticketmaster Archtics system.
Monitor and ensure the successful execution of all event details to guarantee complete accuracy including ticket prices, game dates, times, opponents and all related ticket text and information.
Provide daily reporting and tracking for staff CRM activities.
Collaborate with ticketing and marketing departments to compile email marketing lists.
Assist United Center box office staff with customer service support and problem resolution.
Assist Vice President of Ticketing with execution of internal ticket request inquiries.
Other duties as required.
Player Stats and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous customer service or internship experience in a sports, hospitality, or live event environment highly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Proficient computer skills with MS Office and ticketing systems such as Archtics, and Microsoft or Salesforce CRM.
Ticketing system experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by game and event schedule.
Ability to address, adapt to, and overcome challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
