Description:
Day to day: perform daily administrative and support tasks across sales and marketing to ensure the department delivers on its objectives. Supporting sales & marketing manager in organizing various projects including marketing campaigns, partner support, sales quotes, customer and partner communication, and events such as trade shows. The role will be monitored/measured by the achievement of objectives including but not limited to on time delivery of the duties, customer/partner satisfaction and other metrics as defined by the sales manager.
Prepare and maintain mass marketing email list of all internal customers and contacts.
Prepare quotes and provide bulk pricing for customer requests.
Prepare flyers promoting internal products to be emailed to customers.
Prepare brochures and catalogs of internal products for trade shows.
Prepare New Product Announcement for emailing to current/former customers.
Assist in maintaining existing relationships with OEM customers and distributors.
Completing customer spreadsheet templates with all of company product information.
Preparing sales reports of individual customers and individual products.
Perform all digital marketing and SEO requirements - LinkedIn, Zoho, Google Ads Words, email blasts, and ICL website.
Make all trade show arrangements – sign up, reserve booth, hotel and flight reservations, and arrange shipping of required materials.
Additional responsibilities:
Assist in tracking strategic sales plans on a regular basis such as monthly or quarterly.
Assist in maintaining customer data information program.
Preparing sales reports – example: by customer, by product, by country, sales growth.
Assist in analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Assist in meeting with key customers as required by attending customer meetings and/or preparing reports and presentations.
Analyze competitors of our company to determine their prices of similar products.
Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from Sales Manager or President.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree & 4 years marketing coordination, or marketing analytics experience , or no degree and 6 years of experience previous marketing experience from a manufacturing company would be beneficial. Perform all digital marketing - LinkedIn, Zoho, Google Ads Words, email blasts, and ICL website. High attention to detail for administrative / repetitive tasks such as ensuring all information is documented within Zoho so that marketing emails can be sent out. Experience with marketing analytics (how can the company optimize the resources they are paying for and increase marketing output- looking for an expert to advice them on here is what is going well and here is what needs to be adjusted and why). Ideally looking for a candidate with Zoho experience (they are not fully optimizing this tool and need someone who can analyze and revamp if needed). Ability to complete some mundane administrative tasks as well as marketing strategy/analysis for the team. Flexible/ adaptable personality as within a small company they may need to pivot to focus on new business strategies within marketing. Ability to understand target market in a company.
