Qualifications
2+ years experience in website management, SEO, and digital marketing,
Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Business Management, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Yelp, Email Marketing, and GoDaddy, Wix platforms
Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction
Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, competitive environment
Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree, or higher, in marketing, digital marketing, computer science, or a related field.

Digital Content Development and Analytics Management - 70%
Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop compelling and on-brand content and copy for various marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
Manage all copy and descriptions to ensure consistency across digital, website, partner websites, social media, Google Business.
Drive user acquisition conducting high conviction optimizations, have a good intuition about website design and defining customer journeys.
Have experience in developing, managing and tracking Google Ads, social media and digital advertisements. Provide regular tracking/ROI and analysis of marketing initiatives, social media, advertising, direct mail, promotions and website/email campaigns, using industry averages for ROI calculation, and use this knowledge in future planning
Compile data for marketing monthly KPIs: website traffic, calls to business, call tracking, Google Business Profile, Google Ad Words, SEO, Social, Reputation, Yelp, Facebook. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Ensure Skilled Management brands are represented well online, and that communications and advertisements meet our high brand standards
Maintain digital advertising budgets with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Conduct thorough research to understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitor strategies in order to create compelling and unique copy.
Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates key messages.
Create and design marketing collaterals, digital advertisements and other promotions using Canva.com (brochures, business cards, etc)
Ensure communities meet brand standards, measure and track compliance every month and progress to meet minimum requirements (ie signage, uniforms, design, common areas, cleanliness, guest service protocols)
Supports brand initiatives and strategies (Marketing & Sales Education/Training, Community/ Brand Launches, Networking/ Sales Events, Community Promotions)
Coordinate community photography, video assets, social media contents
Coordinate marketing sales, community collaterals (printing, production, distribution, uniforms, signage, and brand assets to communities, partner organizations and external partners
