Two Architectural Historian positions (Senior and Mid-Level) are available with the Center for Environmental Management Military Lands (CEMML) at JointBase Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH). The Architectural Historians are expected to function as part of a team that supports Commander, Navy Region Hawaii’s ( CNRH )cultural resources management and compliance tasks. The positions require a combination of office and field activities in order to assess potential effects of proposed undertakings; prepare context statements, site records, National Register eligibility evaluations;and develop other reports for historic structures, buildings, features, and sites.
Senior Architectural Historian salaryrange: $106,000-$116,000
Mid-Level Architectural Historian salary range: $89,000-$98,000
CEMML is a research, education and service unit within the Warner College of Natural Resources at Colorado State University ( CSU ). CEMML applies the latest and most appropriate science to promote the sustainable management of natural and cultural resources on Department of Defense (DoD) and other public lands. We provide technical support, conduct applied research,and offer career development and learning opportunities to support resource stewardship. We collaborate with our sponsors and within CSU to resolve complex environmental issues, leaving a legacy of science-based decisions that sustain our resources for future generations.
