Role: Data Center Project Manager - DFW

Location: DFW, TX | Work Type: In-Person | Travel: Some local DFW travel required

Duration : 6 months + Contract

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including new data center builds, expansions, migrations, upgrades, and decommissioning.

You'll coordinate facilities, infrastructure, network teams, and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards .

Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Manage projects through design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and decommissioning.

Develop budgets, cost forecasts, financial reports, and project schedules.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Support data center capacity planning and long-term infrastructure initiatives.

Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance throughout project delivery.

Travel to other facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in data center or infrastructure environments.

Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, racks, cabling, and networking .

Experience managing complex, multi-vendor projects.

Prior DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) implementation experience.

Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to travel to other facilities as required.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Visio .

Experience aligning technical solutions and project deliverables with business requirements.

Experience supporting data center strategy, capacity planning, or large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
