Exceptional Customer Service: Answer incoming customer calls, greet customers warmly, and assist with any customer issues or questions with the highest level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Checkout Assistance: Handle payment information and gather necessary details, such as addresses and phone numbers, for customer checkout and to place or cancel customer merchandise orders as needed.

Cash Handling: Precision in managing register operations to ensure seamless transactions.

Product Knowledge: Answer customer inquiries about warranties, terms of sale, and product information, enriching their shopping experience.

Store Standards: Uphold our company's high standards by maintaining impeccable merchandise presentation and cash wrap cleanliness, contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.

Team Collaboration: Be a vital contributor to our dynamic store team, offering support and versatility to meet evolving business needs.

Computer Skills: Computer, clerical and data entry experience are preferred.

Organizational Skills: Must have good organizational skills to manage customer information effectively.

Flexible Schedule: Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a retail store environment.

Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, handling inventory, and utilizing tech equipment and computers.

Efficiently and safely handle and move merchandise, including lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds or more.
