IT Systems Manager

A Typical Day May Include
· Plan and manage network, servers, and technology tools
· Assure 24/7/365 Support
· Support of a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment
· Work with leadership, managers and vendors to resolve issues
· Create SOP documentation and maintain catalog of all IT equipment
· Ensure security through access controls, data backups, endpoint management, and firewalls
· Train employees on new technologies
· Plan and execute IT projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements: What We're Looking For
· Computer Science/IT major; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Comp TIA A+, Network+, Security+ certification helpful
· 5+ years of experience providing solid knowledge of general PC and network support. Ability to assess, react, and solve problems as quickly as possible.
· Experience should include recent experience with: Microsoft 365 technologies, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Egnyte, Entra ID, AutoDesk Products
What You Offer Us
· Ability to develop new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs
· Create strategies for upgrading the company’s network software whenever a new update is available
· Ability to construct and implement plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
· Working closely with department managers to assess the growth needs of the company’s network
· Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to leadership each quarter
