Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
Financial Leadership: Align financial strategy with corporate goals and growth plans.
Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Risk Management: Implement strategies to manage and mitigate financial risks.
Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and timely financial reports.
Capital Management: Optimize capital allocation, investments, and cash flow.
Financial Analysis: Conduct analyses to enhance financial performance and reduce risks.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-effective operational improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
3+ years of senior finance experience, public accounting preferred.
Experience in mortgage banking or related financial services preferred but will train the right individual with no prior experience.
Experience with capital markets transactions a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
This position is on-site at our San Diego location
