We are looking for a UX Content Design Architect to join our dynamic Content Design and User Assistance team to play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our trading partner collaboration platform. As a UX Content Design Architect, you will contribute to the full life cycle of product development by working closely with designers, product owners, and development teams to create end-to-end user experiences that enable our customers to perform their jobs efficiently.

What Youll Do:

+ Lead the development and implementation of a cohesive, scalable content strategy across SAP Business Network; establish product voice and tone, define and document best practices and guidelines

+ Develop, enhance, and refine information architecture for complex product suites, with attention to localization and accessibility best practices

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams of UX writers, designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to influence and drive impact in our end-to-end content experience

+ Advocate for user-focused content design; guide users through the product experience intuitively; build bridges between the users needs and products goals

+ Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to junior team members

About you:

+ Passion for brevity and clarity

+ Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas to broad audiences

+ Deep empathy for end-user needs; ability to articulate and propose solutions to pain points

+ Familiarity with user experience research principles and making data-driven decisions.

+ Demonstrated experience leading content strategy projects in a complex, cross-functional technology organization

+ Knowledge of online cloud technologies, web and mobile UX tools; ability to write inclusively and for localization and accessibility

+ 10 years of experience in UX writing and content design roles, with a strong portfolio highlighting UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines

+ Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience with enterprise SaaS

+ Experience with benefit-driven and subscription-oriented copy

+ Experience with small- and medium-sized businesses

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 206700 - 351500(USD) USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
