About the role: The eCommerce Partnerships Relationship Manager will be responsible for launching, cultivating, and supporting eCommerce partners, who refer merchant leads to EVO’s sales channel. The candidate will also be assigned to specific partners and contribute to EVO’s sales by achieving quotas based on key performance indicators and building long-term partner relationships. Be a part of a team where you will: Launch healthy and growing strategic relationships with partners to bring additional business to EVO.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to achieve business objectives and compensation goals.
Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Proactively lead a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship and execute accordingly.
Maintain thorough knowledge of card industry regulations, integrated and ecommerce payment trends, and internal procedures.
Manage key metrics, analyze partner results, and present findings both internally and externally during quarterly business reviews.
Create and facilitate sales enablement sessions with partner personnel.
Using partner feedback, help establish and improve department guidelines, standards, and operational procedures.
Update and maintain multiple systems for partner management.
Represent EVO at trade shows, networking events, and on-site partner trainings throughout the year to attract and maintain additional business.
Participate in any/all training and educational activities necessary to fulfill at least the minimum requirements specified in the department’s goals.
Practice and comply with all regulations promoting a safe and healthy work environment (i.e. OSHA).
Adhere to privacy; confidential, proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e. HIPAA).
Perform related projects and duties as assigned.
About you: Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge of payment gateways and merchant processor experience preferred
5+ years’ experience in account/relationship/partner management preferred
Proficient skills in PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel a must, as well as CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
Ability to create and execute partner strategy
Proven ability to influence and drive productive relationships with a basic understanding of sales and negotiation principles, while demonstrating a competitive drive
Ability to establish priorities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically
Ability to work independently
Well organized with diligent follow up skills
Ability to analyze and research issues, conveying urgency when necessary, while managing the issue to closure
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and with limited supervision
Must be able to report on-site during scheduled shift/normal business hours
Must be willing to travel as needed
