Account Supervisor, Video Games

We are currently seeking an Account Supervisor, Video Games to join our expanding Video Games division where you’ll be responsible for creating and overseeing innovative social media brand strategies and campaigns. The Supervisor will manage a team of Social Media Managers and will lead the team, and client relationships, to implement out-of-the-box and social-first brand voices, content, and community management strategies that engage audiences and encourage conversation.
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience leading a team on social media strategies, social tone and voice specifically for brands, and is an expert on brand social campaigns. Successful candidates must have four to five years of experience in the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
Your Impact Lead and communicate client social media strategy, social voice & tone, content and community management
Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify their business issues, strategies, initiatives, priorities and expectations
Manage a small team of social media managers working on various brands
Provide quality assurance on all social media content calendars and posting to social media accounts by your team members
Lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of the account including management of approvals for all deliverables across various projects
Manage the scope to ensure that we are fulfilling our obligations to the client
Develop initiatives to provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives
Your Experience 4-5 Years of experience in the social media space
A robust working expertise in the Video Game industry and community
Ability to develop and maintain timelines, assets and the many moving parts of a campaign
Ability to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Your Availability M-F: 9am-6pm PST
$75,000 - $100,000 a year The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 per year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
