As the Sales Account Executive - B2B Sales, you will develop and expand our client’s B2B business throughout the US. You must be a highly motivated individual with a solid work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills who can cold call, connect well, and build lasting relationships with B2B customers. It would be best if you were self-reliant, result-driven, goal- and detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision. Your primary responsibility will be to secure new business while continuously expanding into different channels of the industry and work closely with the VP of Sales to ensure the company goals are met.
To thrive, you should have: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in food or consumer packaged goods.
Clear communication, attention to detail, fast learner, highly motivated, and solid organizational skills. Spanish is a plus.
Proven sales record with the ability to increase sales and profitability, adept at building long-term relationships.
Competent in Microsoft Office, PDF, Google Search, and email.
Your responsibilities as the B2B Sales Account Executive will include: Market Development: Strategically develop and market products to new and existing distributors and wholesalers in the US.
Sales Growth: Identify and generate new customers, increase demand in existing accounts, and expand product placements.
Sales Process Management: Initiate and manage sales processes, using CRM to track leads and opportunities, draft quotations, and handle customer documentation.
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries effectively, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships.
Reporting & Strategy: Report to the VP of Sales, monitor external activities, and propose and implement sales strategies aligning with company goals.
