Job Responsibilities:

Communicating effectively with team, administrators, and sponsors to facilitate the mission of the organization.

Assisting colleagues in the development of grant proposals, including budget development, and collecting materials.

Reconciling expenses, coordinating with grant administrators, and accounting department to resolve discrepancies.

Assisting with development and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports and final reports.

Following regulations established by funding agencies.

Scheduling and helping organize meetings as assigned, including communicating with participants, managing invitation lists, and preparing agendas.

Assisting in the development of content for web pages.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and experience in grant administration.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, including follow-through and tracking of long-term projects and daily tasks.

Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and precise; and very comfortable working with office software (Word, Excel, Acrobat, and data entry).

Willingness to take on new responsibilities, with opportunities for career development and advancement.

Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and able to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.

Experience in maintaining confidential materials.
