+ Assist with plasma collection procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support to donors.
+ Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexible with scheduling as shifts will vary.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
+ Previous experience in a plasma donation center is a plus but not required.
