Description

Do you enjoy partnering with tech teams (software, science, data engineering, business intelligence) building data models and developing business metrics to generate actionable insights? Are you looking for an opportunity to define end-to-end analytics roadmap, work with cross functional teams and leverage cutting edge modern technologies and cloud solutions to develop analytics products. To meet this goal, we are looking for an innovative, highly-motivated and experienced TPM who can think holistically about problems to understand how BI and analytics systems work together to identify and execute both tactical and strategic projects. Key responsibilities include:

1. Working with senior leaders across 5+ engineering teams, product and program teams and senior org leaders to deliver end-to-end data solutions aimed at continuously enhancing overall DSP performance and delivery quality.

4. Effectively engage and provide right signals to the cross-org teams through resource management and requirements gathering.

5. Leader in setting direction for the analytic team's strategic vision (1 year, 3 year) and innovation.

Overall, the business coverage is broad, and you will identify and prioritize what matters most for the business, quantify what is (or is not) working, invent and simplify the current process.

About the team

We are the core Amazon DSP BI team with the vision to enable data, insights and science driven decision-making. We have exceptionally talented and fun loving team members. In our team, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into complex business and data problems, drive large scale technical solutions and raise the bar for operational excellence.
