Bridgecrest recently launched its newest affiliate GoFi. Established in 2022, GoFi is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with a mission to deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated auto finance product allowing the best brands to deliver the best customer experience. By implementing state of the art technology, we provide an off-the-shelf service to make integration with GoFi as seamless as possible.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

Support operational work streams and tasks within the Auto Finance Originations and Funding processes.

Determines vendor needs and provides resolution while maintaining a high standard of service.

Identifies appropriate course of action for more complex issues or disputes.

Performs complex data entry, processing, documentation and reporting.

Ability to review and manually update reports for leadership.

Reviewing accuracy of information.

Analyzing and researching items for resolution

Completing and overseeing daily checklist ensuring all controls, procedures and processes relating to the assigned functions are followed.

Ensuring all operational risk/issues are identified and mitigated appropriately and proactively.

Handles standard documentation associated with daily activities, which may include processing, reviewing, or distributing materials. Maintains and updates department records either physically or within a system.

Agile in a fast-past environment. We move, and we move quickly. Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must.

The Specifics.

1-3 years’ experience working in Operations Support or Financial Services.

Knowledge of auto finance.

Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; Ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required.

Nice to Haves.

Experience working with high volumes of data.

Experience working with vendors.

Advanced Excel skills.
