Primary Duties:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Inspect roofs to determine repair needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Network with potential clients and industry professionals to expand our customer base.
Requirements:
5 Years of Roofing sales experience is required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Effective account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Great organizational skills and drive to be the best in the industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to carry, set up, and climb a ladder and conduct roof inspections.
