Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Machine Learning Architect Axiad is looking for an experienced Senior ML Engineer to join our cloud product team.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to detect anomalies and predict security threats.

Conduct comprehensive analyses of time series data, network graphs, and other data types to identify identity security threats and trends.

Apply and refine large language models (LLMs) to improve and specialize natural language understanding mechanisms.

Implement and maintain MLOps practices to ensure efficient data labeling, model training, and continuous deployment pipelines.

Design and architect scalable machine learning systems and frameworks for deploying and maintaining models in production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ML models into our security infrastructure.

Work with DevOps teams to design data pipelines needed to feed model development and refinement.

Stay current with the latest advancements in ML/AI and cyber security to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

What Do I Need For This Role?

5+ years of commercial experience in ML/AI with a strong focus on cyber security applications.

Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including but not limited to gradient boosting, LSTM, RNN, GNN, transformers, deep learning, and distillation.

Proficiency in supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, policy optimization, natural language processing, behavioral classifiers, and anomaly detection, and other advanced ML techniques.

Demonstrated experience in building models leveraging advanced data storage and analysis techniques, including vector databases, search indices, graph analysis, and time series analysis.

Knowledge of cyber security principles and practices.

Strong understanding of MLOps practices and experience in implementing them.

Proficiency in Python.

General

Master’s. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field , or relevant comparable experience.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Able to operate successfully and nimbly in a dynamic environment where things are sometimes less clearly defined

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative and flexible.

Bonus Experience

Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Experience with cloud platforms and services related to ML model deployment.

Knowledge of model serving frameworks like TF Serving, TorchServe, Cortex, MLFlow, Kubeflow or Neptune

Knowledge of cyber security principles and practices.
