**THE JOB AT A GLANCE**

In this position you will have a vital role in ensuring the completion of all remote administrative tasks so that our Carbon Health patients have all proper documents in order to continue their care and recovery beyond our clinic doors. You will have a visible and important role in maintaining patient satisfaction and operational success by supporting our patients and clinicians at our multiple clinics throughout California and Nevada from a central location.

This role is REMOTE friendly and can be located anywhere in the U.S.! + Familiar with Apple products, including iPads and MacBooks, and Google Business Suite apps

+ Ability to remain focused and calm during stressful situations

+ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

+ Prior health care or clinic/hospital experience

At Carbon Health we are a 7 day, 365 day operation dedicated to servicing our patients. You will have the ability to work 5 days a week, including availability 1-2 days on weekends and some Holidays, including one major Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years). You will partner with your manager to define your monthly and holiday schedule.
