We are seeking a professional Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources Team. The Recruiter is responsible for all facets of the hiring process from Sourcing through to Onboarding. Must be a proficient ATS user and familiar with all major sourcing tools and job boards including Linked In and Indeed.
The Recruiter will employ direct sourcing and networking techniques leveraging Linked In and other sources. This is a key member of our team and will play a huge role in Fernway's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support Department Manager’s hiring initiatives
Prepare job descriptions with input from management
Post positions in our ATS and Career Site. Ensure positions are properly posted to our sourcing partners such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Aggressively source candidates through networking and direct sourcing
Manage initial screening of candidates
Disposition of candidates including proper communications with declined candidates
Conduct research and analysis as assigned
Collect and report on CORI information
Update all HR and recruiting Systems, including Pinpoint, Gusto and Jotform with all required candidate and new hire statuses and records.
Any other related duties associated with the Fernway Recruitment Process
Coordinate and facilitate HR orientation & new hire follow-up
Coordinate new employee onboarding with payroll, benefits, IT, CCC, CRC, EEN, Gusto and RVT/Required Training (assist employees with technical support as needed)
Monitor and maintain badging with the CCC
Assist with MSO HR regulations and documentation related to operations in all States in which Fernway operates.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
4+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience
Managerial experience a plus
Must be fast paced, task oriented, driven to exceed expectations and self-motivated to initiative
Must be capable of critical thinking and creative problem solving
Must be flexible with hours and willing to work until the job is done
Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Homebase, Jotform, ClickUp
A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct at all times
Comfortable with technology & computers
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to be onsite to serve as the go-to HR professional for HR related matters, concerns and issues
Must pass a background check in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
