As a Marketing Database Coordinator, you will join a team of business developers, marketing and database professionals who integrate to proactively manage data within our industry focused client relationship management system (CRM) Deltek Vantagepoint and image library database, OpenAsset. The analytics and reports from these databases ensure our ability to nurture client relationships, proactively identify, pursue and win projects and align data with strategic decision making.

Join us as our marketing database coordinator, where you will focus your energy and talent to support the functionality of our CRM database and image library database applications, performs ongoing administration of the systems, perform data population and verification, and develops reports. But it's more than just data - you'll be our go-to person for internal users, always on the lookout for ways to enhance our marketing systems and streamline data management.

We need a professional who thrives in communication, navigating through teams of all levels in our dynamic environment. Collaboration is key, but you're no stranger to solo work either. You manage tasks like a pro, hitting deadlines with ease. With your knack for project management and problem-solving, you'll shape our databases to meet AEI's evolving marketing needs. Plus, you're not just about maintaining - you're all about innovation, working hand in hand with our Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Database Coordinator to implement new protocols and processes, ensuring we're always at the top of our game.

The following job functions are typical of the position but are not all-encompassing.

Oversee CRM data governance, ensuring data standards, integrity, and maintenance. Develop and maintain data and monitor systems to uphold data integrity.

Exhibits openness to new ideas, integrity, and a collaborative mindset focused on improving processes.

Act as the key liaison between the marketing team and IT, facilitating seamless collaboration to support and drive IT-led implementation and upgrades of database applications. Contribute to application enhancements for increased marketing and end-user efficiency.

Conduct advanced database queries and reporting per marketing, business development, and other stakeholder needs.

Provide support to AEI employees on CRM, image library, and internal intranet inquiries.

Troubleshoots software and user errors, collaborating with Marketing and IT teams or vendor support for resolutions.

Develop comprehensive marketing performance reports and analytics for digital marketing tactics and demand generation campaigns, empowering the marketing team to make informed, data-driven decisions and optimize programs for maximum effectiveness.

Conduct Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset trainings for new and current users. Collaborate with Senior Marketing Database Coordinator on training/reference material development.

Assist in implementing various data management and improvement projects.

Effective skills to ensure success in this role: Exceptionally detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy, particularly in proofreading and error detection.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, including prompt follow-up and support for team members.

Capability to express ideas and concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring understanding across diverse groups.

Strong verbal communication skills to articulate complex procedures and concepts clearly, facilitating effective training sessions.

Ability to efficiently manage tasks and prioritize them according to importance and deadlines.

Thorough understanding of proper English and grammar, with the ability to communicate effectively through written materials.

Education and prior experience: Three to five years of experience in marketing and expertise in an A/E/C environment preferred.

Associate or bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, marketing, business, or related analytical field.

Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint CRM database preferred.

Experience with the OpenAsset digital asset management database preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote).

Basic to intermediate knowledge of marketing processes and tools specific to Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) firms, including an understanding of the strategies, tools, and business processes utilized for marketing within the industry.

Basic to intermediate understanding of database structure and technology, specific knowledge of CRM database technology.

Basic understanding of email marketing metrics (OR, CTR, CVR) and the ability to review data and develop actionable insights
