A law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Counsel to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment litigation and a deep understanding of employment and labor law issues.
Job Overview: The Employment Litigation Of Counsel will defend and litigate lawsuits concerning various employment-related claims, counsel employers on employment law matters, and represent employers in different legal settings. 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with significant first-chair capacity
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork
Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Education and Certifications: JD from an accredited law school
