We are currently looking for a Mid-level Consultant with 5+ years of industry experience and exposure to Data Management and Analytics.

Identifying Technical Specifications
System Architecture Design
Product Road mapping
User Story backlog creation
Prioritization of requirements
Data Sourcing/Validation/Reconciliation
Stakeholder Engagement and Presentation
Regression Testing
Root cause analysis
Control testing
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
5-7 years of industry experience, with particular exposure to Data Management and Analytics
Experience working with different Financial Systems - Front Office Source Systems
Comfort using a range of Data tools, particularly Collibra, Informatica, Snowflake and Databricks
Experience with data logic for ETL / exposure to code conversion tools
Data Management + BCBS 239/Lineage/Standardization
Strong Financial Product Knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively with Business and Technical stakeholders
Experience preparing Business, Functional and Technical requirements
Experience with systems such as: Informatica, Hadoop, and Dataiku
Ability to build a test plan for validation of data traceability
Ability to lead client engagements, delivery of end-to-end program initiatives, and able to identify opportunities
Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
