Idera, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Specialist for our DevSecOps and test Automation portfolio of brands that will work within a successful and experienced marketing team to help grow the brands and strengthen their market presence. Kiuwan (iuwan.com/) is a SAST, SCA, and QA tool for developers to eliminate source code vulnerabilities and improve code quality. Positioned in the expanding DevSecOps market, Kiuwan automates code analysis for web, mobile, and desktop applications. PreEmptive (reemptive.com/) is a provider of application hardening solutions that safeguard software from reverse engineering, tampering, and piracy. With a focus on protecting intellectual property and application integrity, PreEmptive is at the forefront of application security. Ranorex (anorex.com/ranorex-studio/) is a leading low-code UI test automation tool that provides end-to-end testing of desktop, web and mobile applications. DesignWise (anorex.com/ranorex-designwise/) is a cutting-edge test design platform that helps users deliver higher quality software faster. Test Automation is one of the fastest growing markets in software, and Ranorex prides itself as a leader in the market.

Our offices are located in Houston and Austin, TX; however, remote applicants may apply without a requirement for future relocation.  We are a worldwide brand, therefore, bilingual and multilingual applicants (e.g. English, German, Spanish, etc.) are highly demanded.

This individual must embrace and enjoy working in a start-up environment with backing from a much larger entity. If you are used to complete delegation of responsibilities to others or slow rollout of programs, this is not the role for you. We are looking for a hands-on individual to drive revenue with tactical execution of our business model. The ability to multitask, adjust processes, work with both internal and external clients, and maintain a positive drive are extremely important. The ability to handle the pressure of deadlines and manage a pipeline of projects for multiple products and brands is a must.

The Marketing Specialist is a results-oriented professional who provides comprehensive support to the Marketing Director. They will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, managing social media presence, generating leads, and providing administrative and operational support to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

+ Campaign Management & Execution:

+ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and marketing trends.

+ Develop and create engaging content (written, visual, and video) for various marketing channels (website, social media, email).

+ Manage social media platforms, including creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.

+ Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creating email copy, designing templates, and analyzing results.

+ Support with SEO/SEM efforts to improve website traffic and organic search ranking.

+ Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.

+ Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

+ Administrative & Operational Support:

+ Provide calendar management and scheduling for the Marketing Director.

+ Organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.

+ Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and maintaining project documentation.

+ Research and compile market data and competitor information.

+ Manage marketing budgets and expenses (if applicable).

+ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and partners (if applicable).

+ Prepare presentations and reports as needed.

+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

+ 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.

+ Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

+ Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.

+ Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
