What you will do
Design, implement, and maintain Windows and Azure-based IT systems, analyzing business requirements thoroughly to ensure optimal system performance and security
Manage IT Core infrastructure meticulously, monitoring system health and performance on a regular basis; including configuring settings, implementing security measures, and ensuring that all systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates
Facilitate seamless integration of business systems by working closely with various endpoints and developing scripted and automated solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Oversee projects from initiation to completion, meticulously managing all phases of the project life cycle
Perform system upgrades and maintenance diligently, applying patches, upgrades, and updates to operating systems, software, and other technology
Analyze system performance comprehensively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
Provide technical support, addressing and resolving technical escalations promptly to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
Foster collaboration with other departments, proactively understanding and addressing their technology needs
Maintain meticulous documentation of IT systems, accurately documenting system changes and providing regular reports on system performance and issues
What you need to succeed
5+ years of professional experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Project Management experience:
Able to create and manage projects independently or with a team.
Communication skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize project tasks and status.
Thinking 'outside of the box', and cultivating innovative long term solutions for the resolution of end user issues
Ability to work under pressure to deliver agreed targets and SLA's.

Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution.
Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base of $120,000 to $150,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
