Pediatric Leukemia/Lymphoma/Solid Tumor Assistant, Associate or Full Professor_

The Division of Hematology, Oncology, Stem Cell Transplantation and Regenerative Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University is seeking board certified/eligible pediatric leukemia/lymphoma and/or solid tumor applicants who can contribute to the Division’s clinical and research enterprise at the Assistant, Associate or Professor level in the University Medical or Clinician Educator lines.

+ The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the **University Medical Line** shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.

+ The major criterion for appointment as **Clinician Educators** is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.

Academic rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

Excellent opportunities for clinical research and clinical program development are available with a specialty focus in Pediatric leukemia/lymphoma and/or solid tumor. This recruitment supports an ongoing initiative in the Department of Pediatrics to expand the Division of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, Stem Cell Transplantation and Regenerative Medicine and its growing research and clinical portfolio.

The successful applicant should have clinical experience in Pediatric leukemia/lymphoma and/or solid tumor and an interest in program development. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in developmental therapeutics and clinical trials with small molecules and/or chemotherapeutic agents. Individuals with translational laboratory programs are highly encouraged to apply. A successful candidate will have experience developing, growing, and guiding clinical and translational scholarship in pediatric oncology and a record or potential of successful collaboration and mentorship.

The expected base pay range for this position is:

_Assistant Professor: $206,000 - $230,000_

_Associate Professor: $251,000 - $275,000_

_Professor: $312,000 - $340,000_

This pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It does not include all components of the School of Medicine’s faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs. Stanford University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position.
