Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of images produced, making adjustments as needed to optimize image clarity and diagnostic value.
Documentation: Accurately document patient information, scan details, and any adverse reactions in electronic medical records.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including radiologists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure seamless patient care and accurate diagnoses.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on MRI equipment to ensure it functions optimally.
Qualifications:
Certified MRI Technologist with a valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
State licensure to practice as an MRI Technologist in Arizona.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong knowledge of MRI procedures, protocols, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
