We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior TPF Realtime Coverage Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing 24x7 onsite and work-from-home support for TPF (Transaction Processing Facility) production systems, ensuring the integrity and optimal performance of applications and systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **24x7 Support** : Provide around-the-clock support for production systems both onsite and remotely.
+ **Second-Level Operations Support** : Offer second-level support for operations, including dump analysis, outage recovery, resolution and follow-up on issues.
+ **System/Network Trouble Calls** : Handle and resolve system and network trouble calls efficiently.
+ **Software Implementations** : Perform and oversee software implementations to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
+ **Tool Development and Maintenance** : Identify the need for new tools, create them as necessary, and maintain existing tools to enhance operational efficiency.
+ **Database Monitoring** : Monitor database integrity, address recoup and lost addresses, manage record alterations, and respond to database-related trouble calls.
+ **Maintenance Checkouts** : Conduct regular maintenance checkouts, including TLDRs.
+ **Design Reviews** : Participate in design reviews to ensure new implementations meet operational standards and requirements.
+ **Crisis Team Support** : Support crisis team activities as needed, ensuring rapid and effective response to emergencies.
+ **Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation** : Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard system integrity and continuity.
+ **Implementation Coordination** : Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of systems and software.
+ **Special Projects** : Engage in special projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Required** : 7+ Years zTPF Mainframe experience
+ **Required** : High School diploma.
+ **Preferred** : Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience in TPF.
+ Experience with system and network troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of database integrity monitoring and related troubleshooting.
+ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
