SERVICE LEAD
A Service Lead is responsible for leading the Front of House operations, on shift, in the restaurant. We are looking for people with positive vibes and good communication. Your commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness will make you a successful leader. Must be 18+ years old.
Responsibilities:
Create positive guest and team member experiences, creating a fun and energetic vibe
Work as a team to deliver quality food with a great presentation in a timely manner
Opening and closing the restaurant
Manage others through positive communication, teamwork, and delegation to complete tasks
Cash Handling and Management
Food, Team Members, and Guest Safety
Crisis management, resolving guest concerns
Cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and equipment
Enforce and follow all company policies and procedures
Mastery of menu portion and allergens
Ability to work Service and Sushi stations proficiently
