What will you be doing in this role? Liaison across LSH content teams & across functions to solve delivery needs out of established data product for each product line
Understand the What , define the How and when , onboard necessary experts and coordinate delivery
Socialise the expertiseat LSH level
Monitor evolving needs from an LSH perspective
Coordinate TL and marketing related needs and promote work conducted
Manage customer queries out of regular helpdesk
Instil a culture focused on execution and performance. Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and drive the teams towards achieving delivery milestones and business objectives.
Collaborate and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure effective coordination and alignment.
About the team:
This role reports to the VP of Content and will be part of a global team of content, operations and data enrichment leaders. The team represents diverse subject matter expertise who collaborate across the business to deliver insight for our life science customers
Hours of Work Regular business hours with some flexibility to attend global meetings virtually
This position can be performed hybrid near our site in Philadelphia, Boston or Nashville
