Description
The Sr. MEP Construction Project Manager is responsible for:
Developing comprehensive project plans
Leading and managing project teams
Efficiently allocating and monitoring resources
Ensuring high-quality construction work
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Maintaining strong client relationships
Monitoring and adhering to project schedules
Administering contracts and managing costs
Maintaining accurate project documentation
Enforcing safety protocols and compliance
Solving project-related challenges
Encouraging continuous improvement
Profile
The right Sr. MEP Construction Project Manager has the following qualifications:
5-10 years of project management experience in MEPs or Mechanical Contracting
Preferably experience in Federal, Public, and Healthcare sectors
Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore
The passion to be a leader
