Real Estate Developer - Director of Field Operations - Denver, Colorado - Up to $300,000 + Package
Your New Role
This organization is recognized as a nationwide Leading Real Estate Developer with an international presence covering Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use Properties. With over half a century of history, this organization is in a league of its own.
Having cemented their presence in other cities across the US & Canada, this Real Estate Developer are now planting their roots in Denver and have projects under construction in the city and others at bid-stage, giving a strong job flow for the next 5-10 years, guaranteed.
The goal here is to create a long-lasting, ambitious and driven construction team who will work together closely on projects across Denver and Colorado.
What you'll need to succeed Will have prior experience in the field as a Construction Superintendent/Snr Super delivering High-Rise Mixed-Use, Retail or Multi-Family projects
Ideally, 10+ years experience of Construction Projects ideally within a General Contracting environment
An ability to understand architectural documentation
and produce Master Scheduling
Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave construction on site, with all subs/trades responsibility etc
An understanding of Denver, CO building regs and laws
Can bring a Network of local subcontractors
