Technical Support Engineer

Bellevue, WA, United States

Start Date: Immediate

Starting Salary: $55,000 + Health Benefits + Relocation Package $3,000-$5,000

Responsibilities:

A cloud technical support person provides help and support to users of cloud software remotely. This support is typically provided via telephone, instant message and / or email. Users requiring support will be either businesses or individual consumers experiencing challenges and troubleshooting while using a given software tool.

A good technical support person would have a combination of tech knowledge and understanding as well as key customer service skills to engage with users. Candidates do not need to necessarily know the specific software as full training will be provided.

Requirements:

As full training is provided you will need to have:

1) A real interest in computing and technology / software

2) Some background in technology

3) This is support role, which means you need to have some important soft skills such as… Patience! Good communication, empathy, and a happy positive attitude and demeanor. An interest in sharing your skillsets and knowledge to support others.
