Job Summary
As a Senior Lead Data Analyst on the Sales Operations team, you will be a key component to meeting overall business data and reporting objectives. This role will help manage the day-to-day flow of Sales Operations data to and from the data warehouse, while monitoring ongoing quality control of the data. This role is best suited for someone with a technical background as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This role is on-site full-time in our Dallas, TX office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Interact with the IT team to understand how information is stored, modeled, and tagged
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Train end-users on new reports and dashboards
Data Interpretation: Interpreting data results and providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making
Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing complex data-related challenges and developing innovative solutions
Primary Skills & Requirements: Proven working experience as Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst for over 3 years
Minimum of bachelor's degree in a related field
Must have working experience using Alteryx and Snowflake.
Technical expertise regarding data lakes, data models, data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence
Strong knowledge of ETL and experience utilizing different tech stacks - SQL Service Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, Alteryx Designer and Server Excel, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Diagnostic Information Gathering. The ability to identify the information needed to clarify a situation, seek that information from appropriate sources, and use skillful questioning to draw out the information.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
